Our company’s history dates back to 1850 (and we are proud to have continually traded since inception) at which time our factory was originally located at Bleeding Heart Yard EC1, and later in nearby Clerkenwell. Almost immediately our company established good reputation for its heavy mechanical skills.

However, in 1960 due to a need in the lift industry for a well equipped engineering company, Pye London Ltd diversified into this market, offering a range of mechanical engineering services, which it has been doing successfully ever since. In 1972, our company relocated to its present location in Walthamstow on the east side of London.
