Pye London offers a complete lift motor repair service on standard AC and DC lift motors.

Our motor repair service operates through trusted third party suppliers. The service includes step-by-step dismantlement and a detailed inspection of your lift motor to identify any electrical or mechanical damage.

All mechanical repairs on shafts, bearing journals and end caps are handled in-house by our experienced machinists. We outsource the electrical refurbishment which includes stripping the old motor windings and rebuilding using the highest quality wire, insulation and varnish, ensuring a long service life for your motor.

Depending on your needs the repaired motor can be tested for correct electrical and mechanical operation. During these tests, voltage, current, bearing temperature and vibration are closely monitored and documented. We can provide a rapid turnaround service so that your lift downtime is minimised.
